LOL, it's just lucky guessing, there's no skill obviously. At first I thought one of the Harts, Bret Hart, but then remembered his wrestling debut wasn't until 1976. Then the Ortons entered my head as being second/third generation wrestlers, and it couldn't be Randy for obvious reasons, mainly the one that he wasn't even born in 1972, lol. I'd never heard of the ICW Television Championship though, so that threw me a bit, lol.

Well it's more about whether they wrestled in WCW for five years, held the US Title and debuted in 1978. There are others who are old enough, but may not have debuted in that year. Michael Hayes is one of the guys it could have been in terms of age, holding the title and wrestling in WCW for half a decade, but he debuted in 1977. Jim Duggan is another but he debuted in 1979.
