Triple H has always used a real Sledgehammer EXCEPT for WrestleMania X-Seven against The Undertaker. He felt that bringing a "10 pound Sledgehammer" into the Last Ride might mess up the move. He also said that it was the first time someone was actually cut open from the Sledgehammer (as the stick poked right through the head of it).

I think that Triple H uses real sledgehammer every time. I have watched Raw verey closely and I have discovered that he always puts his free hand on top of the metal head every time he shoves it in to his opponites gut.

But that just my oppion

I've always been under the impression that HHH's sledges were real. I've also noticed him putting his hand on top before he clocks somebody with it.

The first WWE game made by THQ was "WWF WrestleMania 2000" for both the Game Boy and Nintendo 64. It was released on November 16, 1999.

Might I make a suggestion? Rather than posting one question in laborious fashion, how about we do a more freestyle thread. One person posts a question, then everyone tries to answer it. First person to the correct answer posts the next question. If no one can figure it out, the person who asked first will just think of a new question. It goes faster and there's a lot more good questions that come out of it.

Here everyone, I'll begin the questioning:

Q:

What former room mate of Bret Hart (During the Stampede days) once argued with the Hitman over how many variations of the sleeper hold there were, only to have it settled by Stu Hart in the end?

Hint: This wrestler is a male, and has worked for WWF, Smoky Mountain, ECW, WCW, and the old NWA.

Good luck! This is a REALLY obscure question, so if anyone gets it right, I'll be really impressed.

Well I'm sure BigEvilNerd will tell you in due course but I also know the answer to this question and you are correct Dan, it was Jake Roberts. Stu informed Jake that he knew nine different ways to put someone in a sleeper, using Bret as his dummy, Jake had to get Stu off of Bret after five sleeper holds before he killed him, he was out of it with blood pouring out of his eyes, nose and ears. No lie, Jake said it himself.

The lesson learnt - you don't argue with Stu Hart over wrestling holds. RIP Stu, you were one tough SOB.

Luke.

I...I can't believe you guys got that. I thought that'd be a helluvan obscure question to ask. Big props to both of you for answering it right, I'm impressed.

Now since Dan was the first one to answer correctly, he will be responsible fo asking the next question.

EDIT: On a sidenote, that interview with Jake is my favorite shoot interview ever, it's a real riot.

Jake's interview is one of my favourites as well, I also loved Cornette's, that guy can talk.

Question time...something to test your early WCW knowledge.
Who got electrocuted in the "Chamber of Horrors" match at Halloween Havoc '91?
