I must have some good friends, because it's now looking like a certainty that i'll be going to the Whitby Goth Fest this Halloween . And it appears i'm getting offers to do photoshoots with photographers that I know. Potential career maybe.

Sadly, Whitby didn't happen this year because of the split a few months ago with who I was going to go with. However, photoshoots-wise there's been more success. I'm with a new boyfriend, who's a photographer that friends I know think could make good earnings out of his work, and i've been helping out with this "Lost Little Lolitas" project he's doing, two of which I took part in, and i've also done a group photoshoot with the theme of "Fairytales Gone Wrong", which involved "Alice" getting herself into all sorts of trouble. I can show some shots from that shoot possibly, though some do have fake blood on my outfit involved lol(which i'm unsure of showing as I don't know if there's a rule against that). The best piece of news though is that a friend who designs clothes has asked me to model some of her new designs for her, with some of the clothes as payment. Final arrangements for this are currently underway, so here's hoping the shoot happens .

Well I cannot personally see any harm in the showing photos with a little fake blood....put a warning on and that should be fine..unless the mods or Jen disagree.

If you enjoy doing the photoshoots may I suggest putting your pictures up on deviantArt. Being honest I love what you have posted so far and I could see quite a few using your image in both digital art/photomanipulations (and you can count me in that group) and as inspiration for traditional drawings etc.

Plus if you enjoy the modeling side..using dA as a platform to reach a wider audience is not a bad thing.

Now finally, after over 7 months on Layoff from my last job at Kraftmaid, I just got a job offer from St. Gobain's Aerospace Division. The job is on second shift, which is perfect for me seeing as all I've done is second shift for 22 years.The money's comparable to start too. I'm definitely taking it. All I can say is I'm excited about this opportunity, and I'm looking forward to it. I'm a worker first, and foremost, and a routine guy. So getting back into a routine is perfect for me.

Thanks Everyone. It's gonna be a very intricate job, as I walked through the place today, but I'm up for it. I just have to dust off my blueprint, wiring diagram, and schematic reading skills for it.
