Thanks Ed. No it isn't, it's actually a Living Dead Doll, which is pretty cool. Oh if only I could upload a pic of this cute little gothy-type figurine that was in the charity shop I now volunteer at once a week hehe. (The volunteering may not be paid, but it helps show that I can work)

I'm a real sci-fi nerd, which means I go to comic con style conventions. I met and got a photo with Chris Judge (Tilk) from Stargate and Michael Biehn (Reese) from Terminator and (Hicks) Aliens today so thought I'd post those pics. I also picked up an awesome hand painted Kurt Cobain canvas. Managed to get him down to £20 from £40, since his music prints weren't selling at the sci-fi convention. Funny that.

I'm going to meet Shatner in July - I've always wonder what it's like to meet a god. Did I mention I'm a sci-fi nerd.

Great pictures Dan you Lucky B****** lol, only joking. I actually loved to watch Stargate, I don't now since Richard Dean Anderson left. Jack O'Neil was the best character, he just had the most dry sense of humour in the show. Very different portrayal of the character compared to the Kurt Russell portrayal.

Excellent photos. So Jay's a Trekkie or is it Trekker? I've never been a huge Star Trek or Star Wars fan myself, which kind of makes me an odd sci-fi fan I suppose.

I'm a big fan of all the Stargate series Antony. The characters of SG1, especially Richard Dean Anderson made the show what it was, no doubt about it. However the new series, Stargate Universe, blows SG1 out of the water in my opinion. It's the same Stargate world but with much more realistic characters and in depth storylines. I can't rate it highly enough. I didn't tell Tilk that though.

I've only been to one other one, where I met John Hurt (Alien, Harry Potter). I'll only go to conventions that have signings - from the sounds of it your convention wasn't like that?

Err no lol it wasn't, and I know John Hurt I liked him in Alien I haven't seen him in Harry Potter yet. But I am just getting into them films now, I liked him Indiana Jones though.
