How would you have done it?

this is going to be a departure from the norm for this section, but what the hell.

this is not going to be a show. this is going to be where you can discuss what you'd have done with the WWE/TNA (whichever takes your fancy) produist if you'd been on the commitee. for starters I'm going to do the WHC.

UT both returned and became WHChamp too soon in my opinion. He made CM Punk look like a weak champion when he for all intents and purposes beat him twise with little effort. Personally I think he should ahve returned at Survivour Series after his usual mindgames leading up to his return. Such as intread of replacing Hardy with himself in the dark, replace the belt with one that has the UT symbol featuring heavily on it (e.g. smeared on in blood) and do some of UT's awesome return videopackages. Instead on facing UT at Breaking Point and HiaC I'd have Punk face Matt (getting payback at Punk for making his Brother leave WWE) and a threeway vs Mysterio + 'Titsa at those PPVs respectively. obviously punk would win at both with Tista turning on Rey at some point during the match. now that leaves braggingrights where looking at the roster he'd have no decent challenger. so instead of him defending his title I'd do a Braqgging Rights Champ Vs Champ match against Morrison. which would be awesome (they have potential to have the definitive rivalry of the decade, and they kick ass when they wrestle) , Punk would lose when UT's gong sounds, the lights turn blue and Morrison (who'd just been kicked in the head) rolls up Punk for the win. UT could then return (and win) at survivour series and Punk looks like a better champ (short reigns = bad), as would Morrison (no matter the circumstances, a win over the Champ is always a good thing).

this leaves a few holes in the midcard. such as who'd Jerishow be facing at HiaC and what Miz would be doing at Bragging rights (as well at their mini fued in general). so I'd have Jerishow defending againse EITHER the Hart Dynasty or Miz and Mark Henry, and Miz can take part in the SD vs Raw tag match (and MVP could join in with him (put Miz in over Kofi or Swagger, and MVP over Henry). and for the Mizorrison minifeud, I'd have them insult eachother until SS, where team Miz can take on Team Morrison in a SS elimination tag match.

I wouldn't have had Taker in the title scene when he returned. I would've had a nice long feud develop between Punk and Morrison. They could've had Punk beat Hardy at Summerslam, and then have Morrison beat Punk in a non title match, cleanly, then develop the feud from there. I would've built Takers' return for Survivor Series, against Jericho. Taker/Jericho would've been a much stronger feud.

so you'd have had Morrison drop the belt to Ziggles pretty sharpish then (on or before HiaC). makes sence. Nicky Deserves it. I mean he's the only spirit squaddie still in the company, and anybody who can do that gimmick and come out the other end deserves as many titles as he can get his hands on.

and another idea I had was how to start a HBK/Morrison feud (and in the process turn Morrison heel). have DX do a SS elimination tag match (against whoever their feuding with) and Morrison wanting in. HBK snubs him saying that he's too inexperianced and hasnt payed his dues and walks off, Morrison's eyes burning a hole in the back of his head. however seeing this the other team offers him a place in. Morrison (reluctantly) accepts.

in the match itself, Morrison does his normal awesomeness, but tags out whenever one of the DX Duo tag in (because he doesn't want to fight his idols). and in the end it comes down to HHH + HBK vs Morrison and Dolph Ziggler*. HHH sets up the Pedegree, but Dolph reaches out his leg, morison touches it (therefore becoming the legal man). HHH finishes the manouver but before he has the chance to do anything Morrison delivers his running knee to the head and delivers elbow after elbow to HHH's head. eventually the ref separates them so morrison switches his offence to repeated stomps to the head, busting the game wide open. Morrison does his flashy legdrop followed by a kipup to an elbow drop; he hauls Hunter to his feet and delivers the flying Chuck. Morrison arrogently tags out, leavingleaving Ziggles to get the effortless pinfall. HBK finishes off the weakened Ziggler and Morrison reenters. the two have a back and forth match. Morrison gets suplexed hard by the Heart Break kid. the ref starts his count as HBK tunes up the band. *Bang* 1... *Bang* 2... *Bang* 3... *Bang* 4... *Bang* 5... *Bang* 6... *Bang* 7...*Bang* 8 *Bang* 9... Morrison kips up ducks the superkick and smashes HBK with one of his own. he hooks the leg for the three count. but instead of his music going off, he sets off DX's signiture pyro (complete with crotch chops) as the PPV goes off air. After the show Morrison grabs a chair and continues the beatdown on his former hero. clips of the beatdown can be shown to promote the feud on the next Raw

That's a good idea, because it calls out Shawn with his backstage politics.

With Jericho/Taker, I'd have Jericho cut one of his patented Legends promo, then the lights would flicker, each week for a total of 4 weeks would be a Jericho promo, followed by a sign Taker's returning. Then, at Survivor Series, Jericho would eliminate Team Legacy, and win the interpromotional match. As Jericho celebrates, the lights flicker, and Taker comes up through the ring, and chokeslams Jericho. At TLC, I would have Jericho win the first match with Big Shows' help. Then at the Royal Rumble, I'd have Jericho eliminate Taker from that match by pulling the ropes down, with Taker charging at him. At Elimination Chamber, I would have Jericho take the beating of a lifetime, but squeak a third straight win out, because Big Show knocks Taker out. Then finally Jericho brags his way into a match with Taker at Mania, where Taker gets his win. I'd have Jericho get under Takers' skin worse than anyone has as of late.

and It's time for another 'How I'd do it' post. once again it's for a HBK vs John Morrison. this time going from now until Wrestlemania.

I'm a fan if this idea, and I'd do it with a slight difference. Have HBK take Morrison's spot in the Chamber (possibly by beating some randomer on the brand) and make it to the final 2 (or 3, if they want Jericho to win) with 'Taker being the other guy, have Shawn hit the SCM on 'Taker but when he's about to go for the pin, Morrison's music goes off and he makes his way to the ring, distracting HBK for long enough for Taker to sit up and signal for the chokeslam. HBK turns around gets chokeslammed, Tombstoned/Last Rode (depending on whether 'Taker's knees can take a tombstone then) and pinned (Jercho can finish 'Taker after this if he's booked for the win). HBK goes bezerk after losing his last shot at 'Taker and beats the ever loving piss out of the 'injured' Morrison (have him come down with crutches and an obvious limp).

for the build to their 'Mania match Have Shawn basically become what Randy Orton was last year and be a psycho heel. Have him say he's going to take everything away from John Morrison for costing him his shot at the Undertaker. Hell link him into real life events, have him beat Joey Mercury up, have him beatdown a still injured Melina (by this stage she should be able to work a beatdown, as long as Shawn's careful) and Matt Cappotelli (once again, despite not being in great shape (Cancer's a bitch) he should be able to work a beatdown). Morrison in response demands a match at Wrestlemania as well as berating HBK for his actions in as many ways as possible (Twitter, WWE universe page, pretaped promos, the Aberaham Washington Show, live on air. The works.) and just go all out with the build up in general.

For the actual match, just have them go all out for the most part and for the ending either have HBK 'come to his sences' and be shocked at what he's done because of his obsession giving Morrison the opportunity to finish him, or have HBK lose cleanly (with no realisation giving Morrison time to take command and win the match) and breakdown afterwards. On the following Raw, a pretaped promo can air saying that 'the match made him realise what he's become and he needs to leave and get his head back on straight' (to explain why he's taking his annual time off) and Morrison takes a big step closer to the main event, benefiting from the rub beating HBK clean at Wrestlemania would provide.

If you dont know who Matt Cappotelli is, he was co-winner of Tough Enough III with John Hennigan/Morrison. He was diagnosed with brain cancer just before being called up to the main roster. Apparently Morrison still gets on well with him in real life (they're still in touch and meet up occasionally) and of course, HBK bearing up a guy who has/had cancer = bastard heel (friendship with feudee or not)/

Great Idea IX, Although I wouldn't make HBK go that far, I would of kept him as more of a tweener.

I would of liked to have seen how you would of booked this years wrestlemania and how you would of done it with your ECW roster.

I had a massive Wrestlemania lined up with my smackdown roster.

*Morley took an interest in Williams and started mentoring him, so Petey started using the Matchlock (reverse figure 4) and a few other of Morley's signiture moves and more advanced ring psychology (focusing on a body part when not to use the destroyer etc

**Christian took on big Zeke as an bodyguard. He's not wrestling because Tommy Dreamer 'injured' him in a ECW title match.

***the former edge heads imploded after Zack got a TV title shot against Petey Williams (which he won, thanks to Hawkins) and Zack focused on his own career and climbing up the card leaving his friend in the dust. Eventually Hawkins' jealousy came to a head and he punched him in the face in the middle of a tag team title match and abandoned him as Petey hit him with the Canadian Destroyer before locking in the Matchlock until the Ref stopped the match.

and that's spontaneous. I really need to plan more.
