Requesting Part
I've been looking around in there and ive noticed that when someone picks an image they want in the sig its often of VERY poor quality i think you guys should only allow High Quality ones such as PNG poor quality ones gives the designer an even harder job of giving the one that requests something a nicely done piece of art and ofcourse keeping himself to the demands of the one requesting

Also i've noticed people are often a really bit odd when explaining what they want they ask for stuff that is either explained poorly and is not understandable by the one taking the request which often results in Bad work or misunderstandings so maybe if you guys could put standards to what is a quality post and to EXPLAINED AS DETAILED AS POSSIBLE what they want how they want it in what colors and where to position the images they provide i think my suggestions would help the graphic staff deliver better work than they already do

Graphic Resource
I think posting in the resource section should go as followed
[Type Of Resource] - Additional Information
Example: [Stock Package] - 200+ Stocks High Quality
Brushes : [Type Of Brushes] - Additional Information
Example: [Abstract Brushes] - Brushes made by me

That way you can sort out everything and have all of it categorized at the same time even if you guys would decide to make different section for every resource such as a section for brushes i still think it would be pretty usefull to use my method of saying what kind of brushes so if i would be looking for GRUNGE brushes i'd just have to click on those instead of looking through all of them and hoping to find what i look.

I see no problem with the current request system.

Yes people provide the staff with poor quality images a lot of the time, but it is up to the member of staff if they choose to use that image. If they can't work an image into the graphic they can always use another, and use the poor quality image as a guide of what to look for.

We already ask people to be as detailed as possible in their requests. However I think most of the staff like a little freedom to add their own ideas now and again - so again I don't see any problem with the way things are now.

The Graphics Resource board is not an area of major activity, and rightly so, this isn't a graphics forum. The is no need to categorize anything at the moment since there is barely anything in that board.
