Mate we got it confirmed, its Taker vs Batista vs Mysterio a triple threat match at RR 2010.

Based on how things look, Shawn vs Taker for WM, and Shawn screwing Taker at the Rumble looks bleak.

Most likely Taker should retain the title, as he might let Batista and Mysterio outscrew each other, and might finally nail the tombstone on the last man standing of the two.

I love this. Only Taker can leave an impact on a show without even appearing on it ;-) However the story is still being dragged. Does this mean that Mysterio is finally the # 1 contender or does this mean that they will do one more match between Batista and him?

I’m almost certain that it will be a triple threat match. That would be the only reason to drag the storyline in my opinion.

i think this is wrong. i have seen two diff smackdown spoilers and ray won the match and will be faceing undertaker at the rumble. here is the first spoiler. Rey Mysterio defeated Batista to earn a World Hvt. Championship match at the Royal Rumble. After Rey won the match, the bell tolled for interference twice. One, it knocked out Batista and ref, and once to knock out Rey. The pyro is hot as hell. There was a fake Taker full entrance(as in no one showed up). Well it was Chris Jericho. Then Matt Hardy took him out. Punk and Gallows took out Jericho and Batista. Then Kane came down. He took out Punk then Mysterio took out nayists. Everyone the left the ring. But no one left their seats.

After the show went off the air, Rey came back to whip some Batista ass. Then Kane came back and chokeslammed Batista. Kane and Rey double teamed Dave. Rey and Kane left. Dave cut a promo about how we suck. He blamed Louisville since he started here.

When you say that what is posted on the site is wrong, you have to give a link. Its pretty simple – all you need to do is copy paste the address of the web page where you saw the link from the browser’s address bar. Without that, I don’t have the time to keep Googling for spoilers on all other websites just because you told me to do it (that too when you said that you could be wrong), although I did end up checking one more site (Wrestling news world) when a few other people also reported different spoilers.

I think Rey beating Batista does not make sense. If Rey was to be the # 1 contender, then they wouldn’t have let him interference in Batista’s beat the clock match and create this # 1 contender match in the first place. This means that either Batista will soon become # 1 contender or it will be a triple threat.

Well look like a undertaker will facing both of them at the Rumble.

As far as im concerned I have no problem with taker vs rey, that just means taker retains which i’m totally fine with and to have him face high flyers is always something exciting and different to me.

If its a triple threat I stick with the 50/50 out of it being taker or batista winning.

Maybe Taker is venturing more n more into LOD territory? I would love to see him keep the cowboy hat tho, and keep the sleeveless jacket like he did in his early days as champ in 1997. But, in my opinion, new comers like McEntyre and Sheamus really don’t deserve that much of a match at WM with ‘Taker- but who knows, they might [surprisingly] get one. That makes sense. I think they will go ahead with the no-contest version, and the triple threat match. Who knows some of the interference reported in the other version might have happened but it might not be part of the story-line and TV taping. There was no point in doing this match if they did not want the Rumble to have a triple threat because Mysterio was leading the beat the clock challenge anyways – all they had to do was ensure that Batista somehow doesn’t beat the clock, which is easy since he is heel.

Its interesting that you bring out the point about Cena screwing Batista out of the title match – not sure why that would happen, but I would be happy if that happens because I’ve been predicting a Cena vs Batista brand supremacy match at Mania 26 for a very long time because the story was left unfinished after Summerslam 2008.

And as DjMetro also posted above – Wrestling Inc has also posted the same spoiler that we have posted here from Wrestlezone. So I believe what we have posted is correct.

I just watched the match and indeed Taker’s gong was heard twice with the lights going out distracting both men and “hurting” them (they weren’t KO’d like it usually happens they were just aching) when about to hit their signature moves, the second time the ref was nowhere to be seen. With both men lying on the mat, Taker’s entrance played to end the show.

Now, do i like this? Yes and No. It’s simple, Taker has been THE champion, not the guy doing promos and interjecting himself in every possible spot just like Punk, Cena, HHH, Batista and others usually do, his reign has been that of I’m the champion, I’m the best, I’m the mountain to climb but you have to deserve the chance to fight me. He doesn’t have to be there to declare that he’s the big dog, granted, he’s the champion, again, he doesn’t need to shake people’s hands and kiss babies so everybody knows that he’s important. Maybe it has to do with his health, maybe it has to do with his upcoming feud heading into WM and they want to play safe this time but the creative team has done a good job keeping Taker in the spotlight while he’s away. For that I still believe SD! is the best wrestling show on TV.

The bad, another multiman match, it’s obvious now that there will be a triple threat at the RR, I really wanted another one on one match however this time it was gimmick free which it could have been better for performers like Rey and Taker, you can still have Batista screwing the end but Dave already had his chance and now it’s time for Rey to shine, let him show what he has, Rey vs Taker is a good booking talking about experienced performers who could deliver a great match. But I will give Hayes and his team the benefit that it’s now uncertain if Taker is retaining the title from here on, that will make us, Taker fans, stay tuned to see what happens next with Taker’s belt.

Oh, and Jericho looked great in his match, he was the star, he fought more that Tyson and Smith, he actually made someone tap to the walls which is something that rarely happens in heel mode, so I think they have started to push him, slowly but safe heading into WM, since IMHO Taker’s opponent hasn’t been decided yet.

What a mind game! For Taker fans in the audience especially… With such ‘appearances’ Phenom doesn’t have to retire! :-)

The spoilers posted here are correct. I just watched SD on the internet and it ended in a no contest when the lights went out for the third time and both men were down and out making the match a non contest. My guess would be all that other crap happened after the show went off the air if it even happened at all. I have read on both wrestlezone and wrestlinginc that the planned match for the RR is a triple threat match.

Okay, the problem with you people is that if one person says that Undertaker is getting a bit boring nowadays, you guys get all pissed off. Yeah, ‘Taker is getting boring because his character is like 20 years old. Even when he was the ABA, he naturally exhibited a lot of the characteristics of the original Undertaker. But considering I was never really a hardcore wrestling fan until ‘Taker came along, I can never get bored of him. Never. Unfortunately, I used to never think the same would be true about Kane but he has been so misused for so many years now that I have pretty much come to the conclusion that Kane is boring now. He’s just an okay big guy mid-carder who never dominated or even seem to win matches anymore.

Oh and about Batista, it is just me or do his panties get smaller and smaller each week? Not exactly what I want to see, thank you.

Undisclosed sources mention that it is possible that Booker T will be a surprise entrance @the RR this year. It would be interesting if this were true and he did win and challenged The DeadMan @ WM. It was the Undertaker who made him RIP and leave the WWE. This would present a great storyline, and IMO an OUTSTANDING MATCH if led to fruition, i would not be opposed to it. I do not believe Edge will be coming back in time for RR. Booker T even mentioned in an interview that he would love to face HBK.

All these comments about how the Undertaker has missed the last two weeks as if he is boring and needs to change his persona is just BS. Teddy Long has missed the last two weeks as well. If anyone has been paying attention on Smackdown (obviously not, lol) they are pushing the belief in FAIRNESS and NO CHEATING, even the mid carders are making the issue, it my estimation this may be due in part to the TV G Ratings, in combination with people being fed up with the same old boring predictable WWE, and complaints of The Undertaker ALWAYS getting SCREWED.

Two weeks in a row the Spoilers have said that jericho, kane, cm punk, and gallows have come out and interfered at the end of smackdown, the last spoiler saying that jericho posed as The Undertaker. The last 2 Smackdown’s on TV have proved otherwise.

As to the reasons why Undertaker hasn’t been on Smackdown none of us may ever know exactly why. It would be a logical assessment to believe they are saving the Undertaker for the PPV health wise.

I read someone where maybe it was on this site about Batista that since he is off the Roids, he has lost alot of the rip, and that he now sports the Camel Toe look lol, there may some truth to the Non Steroid Use.

To me it is looking bleaker and bleaker that a Jericho/Undertaker WM would be possible, too many potential storylines for Jericho @ this moment in time for it to make any sense. I do believe that @ some point there will be a Jericho/Undertaker match, but in order for that to happen Jericho has to be in some form of powere, big match wins, he couldn’t even beat Batista since Batista came back to Smackdown. Do expect to see big things from Jericho after the RR and WM that will lead to some storyline with The Undertaker possibly leading to Jericho winning the belt from the DeadMan, leading up to Wrestlmania, giving Jericho some claim to his old “I am the best at what I do” catchphrase

I think he’s not making regular appearances because the WWE want to give him a relaxed schedule. Not sure whether that means that he has still not recovered from injuries or whether it is just like a build-up. With Taker, it is different – he doesn’t have to make an appearance or fight a match to have an impact. Even if he does a promo, it sells like anything – even if people just get to see him, its enough for them at times.

Although I don’t agree with the boring part. Taker has shown a lot of variety in his characters/ gimmicks, entrance-style, wrestling-style (depending on persona), etc. Consider Shawn Michaels, for example. He still comes with the same entrance music that he came with 20 years ago, he still wears the same attire, he still uses the same finisher. That holds true for all other wrestlers like HHH, etc too. If I were to get bored with Taker, then I’d get bored with them first as they have shown no variety over the years compared to what Taker has.

In regard to Booker T, it was stated in all the Wrestling sites that Booker T was all but signed to come back to WWE via the RR, but, now that is not going to happen. As to this being the largest Undertaker site and as to why would you post something that wasn’t accurate? I never stated that this site got it wrong, There were conflicting spoilers out their for the last few weeks, the thing is that we don’t know is how WWE is going to end the show, what is going to be on and what is not.. It is reported though, that this weeks smackdown will have Batista/Mysterio in a HIC match to determine the #1 contender. It is also reported that if Edge does indeed come back at the rumble he will be going to RAW, and in a report for a Raw match in May the booking reads a 3 way match for the Title, Cena/Sheamus/HHH., WWE does change things almost on a daily basis. As to why the Undertaker hasn’t been on Smackdown for two weeks, I do agree that they are saving him for the PPV’s and Wrestlemania.

With Jericho being show as a complete loser, they may pull a DDP story line, so Jericho can get out of this funk that he is in. As the Undertaker is known for making people FAMOUS. lol There is speculation that a Mysterio/Punk match @ WM is a possibility Hair vs. Mask match. Some reports show that Mysterio will win the Title, which to me is absolutely ridiculous. The Undertaker will not lose @ the RR, If he were to lose then he has his rematch @ the chamber which is not enough time to build a storyline this close to WM. HBK will not be in the equation. The Undertaker will take the belt into WM where there will be the Unification of the Titles. I do believe they are resting the Undertaker for what will lie ahead for the next couple of months. Our Unified Champion till the next WM. Our report was not wrong, and we knew what version WWE will go with despite the conflicting spoilers, thanks to the confirmation from Undertaker_rulz. And we were talking about only Smackdown spoilers for this week in that comment – not about other speculations for the Rumble or Wrestlemania.
