- Maybe he’s just a big fan of the Nashville Predators NHL hockey team, but WWE superstar The Undertaker was spotted at last night’s Predator game, the site of tonight’s WWE RAW.
The Undertaker has been off WWE television since the RAW 1,000 special back in July and is rumored to be wrestling CM Punk at WrestleMania 29. There have been conflicting reports as to whether the Dead Man will be able to compete due to his health.
While backstage at the game, Undertaker snapped a picture with the Predators mascot as well as two ladies: -
From the looks of the pictures, Taker looks to be in pretty good shape. We’ll see if he might turn up on Raw tonight.

Omg.. could tonight finally be the night we’ve all been waiting for? But if you really think about it, it still wouldn’t make sense for Taker to return yet, as CM Punk and Rock are still in a feud, so I’m not sure what other role he could possibly be in. Maybe his intention was to just go to the hockey game, and that same arena just so happens to be the site for tonight’s RAW. So it could just be a coincidence, you never know. That kind of leads me to think that he may not show up tonight. But you never know. I’ll be tuning in for sure.

I think he will return after the elimination chamber, it doesn’t make sense appearing tonight, but i really hope he faces Brock Lesnar…cm punk is good but not good enough for me to compete at wm vs the undertaker, my god he looks so old with gray beard :/
- Pmr6644 on February 11th, 2013 says:
Taker returning tonight a week before the Chamber and Punk still being so heavily involved with Rock still wouldn’t make much sense. Also i highly doubt he would be returning with the grey goatee. Vince is so adamant in the way his stars are presented he made Kevin Nash dye his hair and beard before appearing on television, i can’t see him not advising Taker to do the same. In any event certainly a suspicious development with RAW being in Nashville tonight, maybe he’s in town to be checked out by WWE doctors and get medical clearance so they can go ahead with planning the Wrestlemania match?

you guys are underestimating the undertaker he is in great shape as he gets old he gets better i mean he weighs 295 pounds 6 foot 10 and jumps like a crusweight in case u didn’t see wrestlemania 28 he took everything that u could do to a human being chairshots sledgehammers hell even a superkick and 2 pedigrees and didn’t look hurt at all he has been in the wwe for over 21 years and is still here austin, goldberg and brock lesnar all left because wwe was too tough for them they kept getting injured but even though taker was there over 6 years more than them undertaker got injured but kept fighting out undertaker has a history of back problems but still puts his body on the line more than any1 if brock was to give undertaker a hellash beating undertaker would take it and decimate lesnar undertaker is 1 of very few men who could go to ufc and make it he even said that if ufc was as big as it is now in the 90s undertaker would have gone into im surprised you guys doubt the undertaker he truely is a phenom been here 20 years and put his body through hell and still makes it that is the definition of how to be the most respected and greatest wrestler of all time

I feel like he’s going to return tonight, JR just said that he has feelings that tonight’s RAW will be interesting.. He could be hinting at it but who knows, I might be completely wrong.. What gave me the feelings is that JR never speaks about a RAW episode in this tone unless there’s something big happening ..
- Rahim Pasha on February 11th, 2013 says:
not only the most respected but a man who revolutionised 4 matches casket, inferno buried alive and of course hell in a cell without undertaker we would not even be talking about this wwe would have ran out of bissnuess because wcw would have won the ratings war undertaker didn’t only create the longest running storyline the brothers of destruction but created our child hood memories who stopped the terrifying monster kane undertaker who stood in the same ring in and destroyed hulk hogan, ric flair, gonzales hell even yokozuna and king kong bundy undertaker who was the man that threw mankind from the cell onto the anouncer’s table which created not only the most inconic moment in the attitude era but in wwe history undertaker and mankind and lastly who has a streak of 20-0 by annihilating the body through out the years just to entertain the fans undertaker undertaker even said that he wanted to resume back to his normal schedule but wwe won’t let him because they want him to make it to wrestlemania 30 but undertaker said he is willing to go up to wrestlemania 35 for his fans wrestlemania will always be the deadman’s yard when undertaker retires i’ll retire from wwe taker will return might be tonight but most likely after elimination chamber that’s when he usually returns triple h said himself that taker will return who are u going to believe the c.o.o of the wwe or some dirtsheets can’t wait gor the deadman soon to be 21-0

I can see some type of Taker return teaser tonight.
But if Taker returns tonight physically, I can only see him stating that he’s not done yet and at WM, he looks to add victim 21 to his list. Basically, it’ll be a short appearance.
However, I still believe that he will return in person next week since it makes sense.
- Anan on February 12th, 2013 says:
Well now with Kane vs Ziggler and The Rock still to come, no Taker tonight cause we know Rock will take up a lot of time as usual.
Hope to see The Deadman next week as it makes sense because by then, Punk’s feud with Rock will be over.
Reports circulated today about Punk’s health scare at a live event. They claim Punk told WWE officials he’s ok. As the report goes, the WWE doesn’t believe he’s ok and feel he said he was just because it’s WM season. Now I’m not buying into these reports. However, if they are indeed true, it may prevent Taker vs Punk from being the match we all know it can be with two guys going in at less than 100%. That is of course, unless Punk is 100% by WM. Whether the reports are true or not, I think Punk will be good and ready to steal the show at WM with The Phenom if Taker’s decision is to work the show.
- James Paul on February 12th, 2013 says:
Let’s not be too disappointed tonight guys, would’ve made NOOOOO sense for the Phenom to return but makes complete sense for him to return during/after Elimination Chamber! Either way seeing these recent pics of the Deadman he looks in better shape than last WM and despite obviously being banged up I’m sure himself and Vince will do everything possible to attend WM as they’re both Business men and Taker working WM is an obvious attraction and money maker and with the most improved and best perfoming wrestler over the past year or so in CM Punk could work something special! The Undertaker would’ve been purposely photographed for 1 of 2 reasons.Firstly he could actually have had an interest in the Hockey match (UNLIKELY) or the more likely reason is that if he would’ve been photographed in the same arena RAW was being held then OBVIOUSLY more viewers would tune in! Great mind games by Vince! This next week Dudshould be interesting either way! R.I.P Dudes
- Fish on February 12th, 2013 says:
Well he didn’t show up… I’m not even all that surprised, to be honest. Just because people saw Taker in Nashville attending a hockey game doesn’t mean he’ll return to WWE the next day. People shouldn’t really be disappointed. However, I am expecting to see him either after the Punk vs Rock match at EC or the RAW after. Those are my 2 bets.
- Anan on February 12th, 2013 says:
Didn’t expect him tonight personally as it’d make no sense. My guess as to why he was at the hockey game was because he’s a fan or his wife is (and he went with her) or either Taker or his wife were meeting with friends or have friends who are in the game.
Maybe the guy in the moscot costume is a friend of Taker’s? Perhaps not.
But those are my theories as to his Nashville appearance.
I don’t expect to see him back till after Rock-Punk feud ends meaning the night after Elimination Chamber.
- BillyofMaryland on February 12th, 2013 says:
You know Taker is a sports fan, and it could just be that he wanted to catch a hockey game. He might have showed up off camera, or @ rehearsal time to give the guys a boost, but we all know that he’ll return when he wants to. WWE wants to make it less predictable, and I’m surprised they’ve been able to maintain “radio silence,” especially in this age of FB, and Tweeter.

Agreed. This proves WWE can be good when they wanna be about keeping secrets.
But while it’s great that they keep secrets as I love unpredictability, fact is they don’t really have to though. They know they’re the only thing around so wrestling fans will naturally turn to them regardless of the product. Why else would people who hate it continue to watch? TNA’s worse so the majority of the masses won’t go there.
As far as Taker specifically goes, he’s the reason people watch WWE. So predictable or a surprise, people will naturally tune in to see him. He’s worth watching even if things are predictable. If anything, his WM matches have proved that since a Taker win is predictable. Yet people still watched. Still, I credit WWE for making his matches as of late as unpredictable as possible.

Lol you know that’s a match that is most definite bound not to happen, right? Especially at WM, where Taker only wrestles now.
Even if it did happen, which would be cool, I never see that happening. I also don’t want Taker to get help from someone else to keep his streak alive. He should do it solo, and I’m sure he would never accept help from anyone.

Sounds like someone had an extra helping of bitch pie today. Yes, Taker is human, but are you a family member or personal friend? No! You’re not entitled to call him by his real name. Anyways, moving on. There’s no need to worry about him. When Taker’s ready to show, he will show.
